Applicants that have been approved for the Environmental Leaders of Tomorrow Schoolyard Biodiversity Grant must complete and submit the form below to report back on their completed project and receive reimbursement.

Reimbursement up to $350 (excluding HST) will be provided by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) for approved expenses.

Grant Reporting and Reimbursement Process:

1.Within five business days of completing your project, and no later than December 14, 2021, complete and submit the Report and Reimbursement Form with attached receipts and photos.

2. TRCA will review your submission and will confirm your total reimbursement amount within three business days via email.

3. TRCA will issue a reimbursement to your school via your school board Environmental Leaders of Tomorrow board representative. Funds will be reimbursed to your school through your board’s internal financial processes.

• PDF(s) of the invoice(s) and/or receipt(s) related to your project, as outlined in your application
• Photo(s) of your funded project
